I have chosen to operate outside of insurance networks to protect your privacy, provide greater flexibility in treatment, and ensure that your care is guided by clinical needs—not insurance limitations. This allows me to offer personalized, high-quality therapy without the constraints of diagnosis requirements or session limits.

I value making quality mental health care accessible. While I do not work with insurance companies, I do offer superbills and limited sliding scale options are available.

session fees

individual 53-minute therapy sessions: $150 per session

Superbills can be provided for clients who wish to seek reimbursement through their insurance. This means you'll pay for sessions upfront, and I will give you a detailed receipt (a "superbill") that includes the necessary information about your sessions. You can then submit this to your insurance provider for possible reimbursement.

It is highly recommended to call your insurance company and ask the following questions:

  • Do I have out-of-network mental health coverage?

  • Are there certain providers covered?

  • Do you accept superbills and/or provide reimbursement?

  • How can I submit superbills?

Sometimes life just happens. In order to provide the best care and respect everyone’s time, I kindly ask that you give me at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a session. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged the full session fee at $150.

Thanks so much for your understanding!

Good Faith Estimate

Starting therapy is an important decision, and it’s natural to want clarity about the costs. I believe in being transparent and helping you make informed choices about your care.

Session Fee: $150 per 53-minute session

The total cost of therapy will depend on how often we meet and how long we work together. For example, if we meet weekly for 3 months, the total would be about $1,800 (12 sessions × $150). Your actual costs may be higher or lower, depending on your needs and preferences.

Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining how much your care is expected to cost. You can request a written estimate before starting services or at any time during your work with me.

If you ever receive a bill that’s $400 or more above your Good Faith Estimate, you have the right to dispute the charge.
For more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.

My goal is to make the financial side of therapy as simple and transparent as possible, so you can focus on what truly matters— your healing and growth.
